Yikes! Started off with a good breakfast then made terrible choices for lunch. I had the option of getting a salad and instead chose grilled cheese and soup. Not only did I choose those, but did so and told myself, well, I just won’t track it. Woman, are you crazy? But here’s what. I made a bad choice, which usually would throw off my whole day and then probably the rest of the week. Instead, I pulled it together, tracked my lunch, watched my food the rest of the day and moved on. Success!
