All around good choices! Trader Joe’s veggie lasagna is the bomb and I usually eat half, sometimes 3/4. Instead, I made a huge batch of stir-fry kale, spinach, mushrooms and garlic. I had that with one serving of the lasagna (which is 1/4) and then had just another sliver of lasagna. Saved myself a minimum of three points and added two servings of veggies. Go me!
