Food Log – 4/21/12

I MUST track this week; it’s not an option. Two of my favorite sayings from my fantastic Saturday Columbia WW meetings are (1) “you only have to track the weeks you want to lose” and (2) “cut the crap and track”. So that’s what I’m doing.

PS – Trader Joe’s Super Spinach Salad is awesome! A little high in points but after being out all morning, it was perfect for coming home and eating. Much better than shoving whatever I could find into my mouth!
